Dear Bullpen,
I wanted to provide you with a little feedback in regards to the wonderful experience our family has had with your organization since becoming a minor league member in January 2010. Our goal was to provide our son Coye with an opportunity to improve his baseball skills and knowledge before the 2010 season. As a 7 year old moving up to the coach pitch division we felt like professional instruction was the best choice to accomplish this task. After joining we immediately realized the value of having a membership with The Bullpen as it has saved us over $200 so far this year on lessons, camps, and merchandise that we have purchased. While Coye still has room for improvement, his abilities are starting to show on the field. When we started in January he could barely catch a fly ball and really struggled with dropping his arms while swinging the bat, that’s no longer the case, while he may still miss a fly ball on occasion he’s certainly catching more than he is missing and he is definitely swinging the bat much better. However, the improvement in Coye’s abilities is certainly not where our greatest satisfaction has been realized with your organization, it has been in the way each time we leave your facility after a lesson or camp, Coye has had a big smile on his face and wants to know when he’s going back to The Bullpen. Those smiles come from having a staff that truly understands baseball and more importantly how to relate to kids. Keep up the good work as we look forward to many more sessions at The Bull Pen.
